Process

  • Scope and quote: confirmed scope and written quote based on expected hours at the hourly rate.

  • Secure intake: fact find, scope, product and platform details, and any licensee templates.

  • Draft: produce the draft and allow the adviser a draft check.

  • Final: incorporate any included round of changes if required and then deliver the final pack.

What’s needed to start

  • Completed fact find detailing the scope of advice.

  • Product and platform details, including fees (and how fees are proportioned if applicable).

  • Licensee templates and style requirements if applicable.

  • Any research outputs already completed.

  • Assumptions and modelling preferences, including application of surpluses/deficit funding.

  • Minimise the provision of superfluous file notes (including TFN disclosure).

Pricing and SLAs

  • Quote before commencement. Invoices itemise time-by-task for transparency.

  • Rush loading: 25 percent.

  • Standard SLA: draft delivered within 7 business days from complete intake.

  • Rush SLA: draft delivered within 3 business days with the above rush loading applied.

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Time zone: Melbourne (Australia) local time for scheduling.

  • After-draft changes: typical turnaround 1 to 2 business days for the included round.

Security and Privacy

  • Aligned to the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  • Tax File Number (TFN) handling: avoid email and open text. Use secure channels. Restrict access and redact where possible.  Standing assumption is that TFN is not required in any case to complete advice documents.

  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on Microsoft 365. Encrypted storage and transfer. Client-specific folders and audit trail.

  • No off-shoring or data selling. Incident response aligned to the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme.

  • Cyber and Professional Indemnity (PI) Insurance held.
